Welcome to Tanglewood Australian Cattle Dogs.

We are a small kennel located in rural Orange County, NY. Rosemarie is an Oncology nurse, and Luke is a NYC Firefighter. Our dogs are our house dogs, regardless of whatever extra curricular activities they participate in. We believe that not only should an ACD be beautiful to look at, but should also be a cherished member of the family. Because of this, all dogs bred by us are healthy and of sound temperament. Why own a dog if you can’t live with it? Every dog bred at Tanglewood is tested for hearing (BAER), hips, (OFA), and PRA. Careful thought and planning goes into every puppy born here.

Our 3 original ACDs were bred by Katherine Buetow Branson of Katwala ACDs in Illinois. We are very fortunate that we were able to add these terrific dogs to our household.
